Items that do not qualify for flat rate shipping due to their size or weight are identified and will be charged actual shipping fees.

Destinations requiring fly-in service will be charged actual shipping fees.

Any shipment being charged actual shipping fees, the customer will be given the chance to approve the additional shipping charges prior to shipping.

** - Please be aware that during the late October to early January season, Canada Post charges for oversized and heavy shipments increase dramatically due to the peak Christmas season.

Shortages & Shipping Damages:
All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of invoice date. In the case of damaged shipments, indicate “damaged” when you sign for the package. Keep the shipping carton and the goods. Call us immediately for further instructions.
